Hand painted sap buckets from a photograph.
Each of these custom hand painted sap buckets are of a public place you may recognize. Pictured with each of the sap buckets, is the photograph in which it was painted from. In some instances, the client may send a picture but then request other variations of it. The buckets are painted 360 degrees (the bucket has something on it all the way around). There is always a unique surprise somewhere on the bucket rather it be an animal, a special flower, a fence - there's something different within the painting of each one.

Crystal Lake, Barton Vermont
This is one of 4 buckets I did for a wedding which will be part of the reception main display. This is where the wedding proposal took place. On the back of the bucket it says "will you marry me" with the date this took place. (If you look really close you can see some little ducks swimming along the lake)

These are 2 separate buckets - One was done in March 2008, the other in March 2009. They now sit on the window cills inside the tavern with plants in them.

Dear Priscilla, Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic job! As you know, this was a present for my mom's 70th Birthday (she lives in NC but visits me in Vermont often and when she does we go and see as many covered bridges in Vermont as time will allow). This was one of the ones we visited on her last trip to Vermont and she was so surprised to get this. I could not believe my eyes when I saw it .. I didn't expect to be as impressed as I am with it. You are a truly amazing artist. Thank you for making my mother's 70th birthday so special.
