Do you see what I see?

I look at the sky and what do I see?

I see the clouds in the form of a tree

I look at my dogs and the reflection in their eyes

They are reflecting an image from up in the sky

I look at an insect and I can see

A beautiful photograph, waiting for me

I step outside and the winds in my face

And it takes me to a familiar place

The smell in the air reminds me today

Of a similar instance on a different day

I look at the sun and feel the heat

I sit down on the steps to get off my feet

I look at the rings I have on my hands

They each have a meaning for which they stand

I look at my walls and you may see white

I see a color in a different light

I hear my dog howl, you may think it's a bark

I hear a song in a form of art

You see a person, older in age

I see someone who's conversation to engage

You may see wrinkles on someones face

I see a life of laughter and grace

I look at my life and I can see

All of the things that make me happy
