The barn looks like it is leaning in this photo, but in real life it didn't look like that .. it was the angle in which I took the picture from.

"Nana's house"

This was one of four buckets I did for a wedding reception, to be used for cards and part of the main display.  This one is of the bride's nana's house, which she no longer lives in but her grandpa had built it and they lived there most of their life.  After the wedding reception .. "Nana" is going to be given the bucket.

The Sheldon Farm, Fair Haven, Vermont

"Priscilla - when I saw the finished sap bucket all I wanted to do was keep it for myself - but this is a Christmas present, of our family farm for my sister - and the view is the view she looks out and sees from her kitchen window each day. We cannot believe how beautiful this is .. you went through great strides and have captured the most important details that we discussed. I'm not sure I can wait until Christmas to give it to her. Thank you for your attention to detail and for capturing all of the things I asked for. I truly love it"

This one was painted in March 2008 and sold to Carol Richards, the original owners of the farm.

This one was painted in July 2009 for Bea Bowen as an anniversary gift to her husband Jeff - who worked at the farm for years.

Wow Priscilla what a great idea! My daughter had said I was going to get something for my birthday in the mail. Was I ever surprised..I love it and haven't ever seen anything like that before.
I am going to place it in a special place for all to see, thanks for the great job you did.

The Reed's, Fair Haven, Vermont

There's a funny story that goes along with this one. My friend asked me to paint his parents house on a sap bucket as a Christmas gift. So I went out in a raging snow storm to get a picture of the house. I pulled up on the other side of the street and stuck my camera out my window to get a shot of the house. As I did .. Mr. Reed came flying out of the house, just short of holding a shot gun.. I waved and sped off. In the bucket, I put a note that read "thank you for letting me take a picture of your house". =).
